Investment, innovation, digital and green transformation, and effective risk management have become essential drivers of sustainable growth and successful international business development. Yet, in an increasingly competitive global environment and amid persistent labour shortages, companies face new challenges in improving productivity and securing financing for growth. This panel will examine how Croatian businesses can build long-term competitiveness, launch new investment cycles, and access the resources needed for further expansion. Participants will also discuss the role of development finance institutions in promoting investment, technological advancement, and internationalisation, enabling companies to seize growth opportunities in a rapidly evolving economic landscape.
